- Plans, directs, and controls the monthly financial and accounting work plan.
- Ensures proper external and internal reporting to the shareholders, board of directors, auditors, and taxes in accordance with the Egyptian Accounting Standards Provides monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
- Ensures that the financial systems are operating effectively and efficiently and is responsive to the needs of various users in the Company.
- Projects operating costs and targeted sources of Finance.
- Establishes, coordinates and administers an adequate plan for the control of operations including profit planning, programs for capital investing and financing, sales forecasts, expense budgets and cost standards together with the necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plan.
- Coordinates, consolidates, reviews and endorses budget proposals of each function in coordination with the CFO in order to develop the overall company budget.
- Establishes and administers tax policies and procedures in coordination with the Tax Consultant and ensures the proper maintenance of the set policies and procedures.
- Ensures the protection of company assets through proper internal control and ensuring proper insurance coverage.

9. Check collecting Manual Invoices of Marketing Tools, branch accountant should follow the invoices which contains items of Monocular or Marketing Tools and ensure to be on cash terms
10. Review the Cash Impress (If there’s No Branch Supervisor)
11. Control on the Limits of Free Samples (If there’s No Branch Supervisor)

Job Description
Implement Sub-Contractor database briefing Works history, official documents, Qualification of Human Resources to facilitate selection process.
• Preparation of Quotation Request according to the project’s requirements clarifying technical specification, special requirements and BOQ.
• Send Quotation Request to the Companies & Sub-Contractors approved by the management.
• Implement the comparison between Offers covering the technical and financial aspects to select the best that can suits the project needs.
• Following up Works quality for each Sub-Constructor according to the Quarter & Semi annual reports received from the projects to take the necessary actions towards the inefficient Sub-Contractors.
• Following up & reviewing the financial aspects (comparing Interim Payments actual cost with the contract estimated cost) for every Sub-Contractors on monthly or semi monthly basis & ensure that it is applicable to the technical & financial offer of the contract.
• Implement a report clarifying Sub-Contractors that exceed their contractual cost value by comparing the actual cost with the contractual estimated cost.
• Prepare a quarterly report evaluating Sub-Contractors performance in terms of the level of business for each contractor and take the necessary action against the contractor bad
• Applying the procedures of the ISO 9001- 2008

AutoCAD - Office Software.
